I have been a professional dancer for 8 years and a personal trainer for 5 and I absolutely love to move. I have always adored exercise and have had a life of extensive training in both dance and fitness. Although tough I never resented the training in fact I LOVED IT! I found a passion in movement and I believe this passion oozes out of me whilst I am teaching and I long for my clients to have this same passion. I have been a personal trainer in the heart of London and taught group reformer Pilates in high-end hotels and gyms. I enjoy creating my own workouts and love to get creative with my moves and my lessons. The loveliest man, I call my husband, puts up with all my new training methods and is always up for being my test dummy. I am now a mother to one precious little boy who is 5 months old. I love motherhood and find exercise assisted me so much throughout my entire pregnancy and gives me the energy boost I need to chase around after my little boy. I am an adventurous outgoing person who enjoys people and loves to laugh and keep things lighthearted.
