"Simone’s sessions are intense and sweat-inducing, but you can trust her to not make them gruelling. She makes the classes enjoyable and engaging by explaining what each exercise aims to do, helping the class focus on proper form and diversifying the exercises. After just two months of doing Pilates three times a week I have noticed a higher level of toning and strength that I had never reached through regular cardio and weight machines. "I used to go to the gym classes every day but when the gym closed during lockdown I started Pilates with Simone and it has been a revelation. I used to have back pain, and this has completely gone since the Pilates with Simone. I feel stronger and stand straighter. My body is leaner and thinner than when I was going to the gym (my muscles looked bulkier before which I did not like). As a Pilates instructor, Simone is very professional, and she explains the positions so well that I get it very easily. She also is very attentive and corrects my position to make sure I am getting the most out of the exercises. It has been so good that I have decided not to go back to the gym at all, and carry on with Simone's classes 3 times a week. The benefit of her classes is priceless to me!
